Join our dynamic team supporting Air Traffic Controller (ATC) programs with best-in-class integrated logistics management. The Integrated Logistics Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of logistics strategies to ensure the successful implementation and sustainment of ATC programs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of integrated logistics support (ILS) principles, program management, and government contracting. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and external stakeholders to deliver on-time, cost-effective solutions.

Your tasks

The ILS Manager will act as Project manager for all ILS disciplines for the assigned programs.
Support during the offer preparation phase.
ILS Milestones and KPI definition, planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting (LSA, Tech Pubs, Obsolescence Management, Training..).
Ensure that the Customer requirements with respect to Services and ILS are met.
Design To Support: strengthen the direct connection between Services and Engineering, to influence system design for optimal supportability in service.
Selection of local ILS Suppliers /Subcontractors and management of assigned activities.
Coordinate and prepare entry into service with Service Transition team.

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administrations, Supply Chain Management or comparable course of study. Masters degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics management within the aerospace, defense, or government sector.
Experience supporting sustainment aspects of systems deployed nationwide in Air Traffic Control Towers and Facilities is highly desirable
Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.
Leadership and ability to communicate and influence different Stakeholders
Deep knowledge of ILS end-to-end process and standards
Extensive Technical and Project management experience in various ILS projects
PMP, Certified Professional Logistician (CPL), or similar certifications preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Knowledge of the main ILS production tools (e.g. Eagle, Arbortex Editor, Windchill)
Reliable and structured way of working
Ability to work in team, take the initiative and propose solutions
Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, primarily domestic travel with occasional international travel
In order to be considered, external candidates must be US citizens capable of receiving a US Government security clearance.

The total compensation for this position is $93K-$158K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
