In this role, you will lead the service administration team based in Budapest, ensuring that all operations adhere to our company's internal standards and relevant industry certifications, including ISO 9001, AQAP 2110, and ISO 17025. Your primary objective will be to oversee the team's processes and procedures, aligning with our management system to drive customer satisfaction, achieve business KPIs, and continuously improve our services.
Your tasks
Coordinates, develops, inspires, and supervises a team of approximately currently 6-8 administrative staff responsible for Eastern-Europe, including some dotted line staff in other countries. Supports the service administrative team in solving problems and answering questions that arise during work (customer communication, quote preparation, service order management, on-site work administration, logistics team)
Cooperation with international R&S service administrative teams
Close cooperation with the local technical support team
Close cooperation with EU onsite campaign management team to fulfill onsite calibration demand in Europe
Process development to increase customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency, as well as reduce costs and service delivery times
Support and implement internal projects
Handling basic customer escalations
Measurement of the administrative team's work based on global expectations
Support for achieving administrative performance metrics, meeting deadlines, and enforcing them (TAT, OTD, RQ, etc.)
As a member of the administrative team, able to perform:
• Execution of Order Fulfillment.
• Customer Service Representative role.
• Creation of purchasing requests to subcontract services.
• Processing of deadline shifts.
• Resolving of delivery and invoicing.
• Processing of requests for pickup and return service.
• Pre- and post-processing of calibration campaigns.

Your qualifications
University degree in Business administration, Logistics, Project management or Engineering, or comparable experiences in sales or service administration
More than 3 years of experience in managing an administrative team in an international company environment,
Flexibility, excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to achieve best fit outcomes,
Excellent customer and quality focus,
Deep understanding of administrative business processes,
In-depth knowledge of SAP system and MS Office,
Good teamwork and result-oriented skills, self-motivation to do things better,
Native Hungarian and strong English language (a practiced C1 level) skills, both spoken and written,
Residency in Hungary, Budapest and its surrounding area,
Availability to travel abroad occasionally.
