Software Development : Technical Project Lead R&D (m/f/d) Air Traffic Control Radios

Your tasks

• Budget Management: Overseeing the financial planning and allocation for R&D Projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Project Setup and Reporting: Initiate project frameworks and establish reporting mechanisms to track project progress and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify device requirements, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishment and assembly of one's own project team

Your qualifications

• 5 Years of Experience in a Technical Environment: Extensive background in engineering or technology-related fields, with a strong understanding of R&D processes and methodologies.
• Proven Project Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Well Organized and Good Communicator: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Honesty and Transparency at Heart: Committed to fostering a culture of trust and openness within the team.
